Jade Hacienda

The Jade Hacienda residence is a rare fusion of Spanish Colonial architecture and curated Asian antiquities, creating an atmosphere of timeless sophistication. Terra cotta tiles, hand-hewn wooden beams, and stucco walls form the foundation of this hacienda-style estate, while carefully collected sculptures and artifacts bring worldly character to every corner.

The entrance sets the tone immediately with an ornate carved stone surround frames antique wooden doors, flanked by traditional guardian lion statues and lush tropical plantings. Throughout the covered loggias, weathered timber columns support clay tile roofing, while bronze and stone figures from across Asia stand watch amid terracotta pots overflowing with orchids and desert plants.

At the heart of the home, a central courtyard unfolds around a classic tiered fountain, with covered walkways connecting intimate living spaces on all sides. Warm lantern lighting and the gentle sound of water create an oasis of calm, perfect for quiet evenings or elegant gatherings.

The pool area extends the resort-like experience, with a sleek lap pool reflecting the twilight sky, framed by white stucco walls and mature trees. Thoughtful details continue into private spaces, including a spa-inspired shower wrapped entirely in smooth river stone, and an unexpected sanctuary that feels both grounding and luxurious.

Every element has been assembled with intention, balancing old-world craftsmanship with the ease of Southern California indoor-outdoor living.
